On January 14, 2025, Dertran held an annual management report meeting with the theme of "All Things Towards New, Co creating the Future". Executive Director Lai Jianbo and General Manager Pan Zhenhuan attended the meeting. Representatives from the shareholders, including COO Fang Xi from Zhongtianchen and the management team from Chongqing Dertran, attended the meeting.

The heads of various departments at Dertran gave a special report, covering their work performance in 2024, outstanding issues, problems and challenges encountered, their own shortcomings and improvement measures, as well as sharing innovative achievements and experiences. In addition, each responsible person also elaborated on the ideas for leading the team to achieve performance and proposed the necessary resources and assistance for the 2025 work goals and plans. In the report, each responsible person also conducted self-evaluation of individuals and teams and proposed improvement plans, and also put forward relevant proposals to enhance collaboration with other departments of the company.

Mr. Lai, Mr. Pan, and Mr. Fang provided individual comments on the reports of each reporter, acknowledging their achievements while also pointing out issues.

Through this work report meeting, the Dertran team further clarified their future development direction and ideas, became more clear about their goals for the new year, and more firmly implemented the principle of "everything moving towards the new, creating a better future together".
